Covid-19 Update for Patients

Important update for our patients regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear members of our clinics
Our Clinics are fully open NOW and have introduced operational changes to welcome you back safely and responsibly.

1. If you have had a fever, dry cough or sore throat or have been tested POSITIVE for ACTIVE COVID19 in the last 7 days, please do not come to the clinic.
2. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – Do not come to the clinic without booking an appointment.
3. Please do NOT bring anyone with you to the clinic. They will have to wait in the car, and that's including children. If you cannot leave your children unattended then please rearrange your appointment to another time.
4. Please complete the COVID19 disclaimer which will be sent to you before arriving at the clinic.
5. When you arrive, please wait in your car. DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING YET.
6. We will text you or come and meet you by your car when we are ready for you to enter the building.
7. We will scan your forehead to check for a fever. If you have a fever (Temp above 37.8 degrees C, we will ask you to return home and contact NHS 111. You will not be charged for your appointment.
8. You will be guided to your treatment room.
9. We will be wearing suitable PPE.
10. All payments will be processed in the treatment room.We will prefer card / contactless payments going forward. We will not offer any change for cash.
11. Should you need the WC, please use the wipes to wipe down after you have finished and dispose in the bin and NOT the toilet.
12. Just before leaving the clinic, please disinfect your hands.
13. We have introduced these changes for the good of everybody. Please respect and follow them. If you have anything you would like to discuss, please call the clinic.
